How we deliver to you:
At Shining Souls, we want to get your order on its way to you as quickly as possible. That is why all our orders are shipped within 3 business days. If you would like next day delivery select express post.
Once your order is posted you will receive a tracking number from either Australia Post or Sendle.
Our shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 unless it's a big and bulky order , in which case the shipping fee is $20.00.
We at Shinning Souls are not liable for any delays or damages once we have shipped your order off. Once that happens, it is the responsibility Australia Post or Sendle, However, we will work with our customers to ensure we can support them during this process.
We currently don't ship international.
At Shinning Souls, we do not accept returns for change of mind. So please be make sure you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalising your purchase.
In the unlikely event your product is faulty please get in touch with us within 7 days of your purchase via email: email@example.com We stand by our products and are committed to ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are happy to offer assist you with your order.
Please understand that we do not refund shipping fees or cover the return shipping fee. Please use a reliable courier company that provides a tracking number, as we are not liable for lost packages.
